While the world is busy being antagonistic toward the state of Israel, currently fighting an existential war on several fronts, the Israel Film Festival (IFF) proudly held its annual customary sponsor luncheon. Its theme is the California orange poppy flower, a prelude to the 2025 37th festival, November 5-to-20, 2025; emceed by comedian Sunda Croonquist and the Beverly Hills Mayor Sharona R. Nazarian in attendance, on Friday, June 6, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
People acknowledged that culture has no borders, and it overrides any controversial message. Culture offers a healthy exchange of art and entertainment.
So now more than ever Israel deserves the space to share with the world its celluloid talents.
